DESCRIPTION:                                          

Great Oaks Landscape Associates is a landscape architecture and design-build firm that specializes in custom high-quality residential, commercial, and institutional designs and installations.  We have been creating inspiring and sophisticated outdoor spaces for over 30 years throughout southeast Michigan.

Great Oaks is actively searching to fill multiple design sales positions that will help grow the firm and keep up with the accelerating demand.  We are seeking a dynamic and driven talent; with a strong creative passion, balanced by a technical and practical sensibility to grow residential sales and assist our design studio.

Teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential.  Responsibilities will include:  sales and marketing to high-end residential clients, conceptualization and finalizing of design solutions, and drafting proposals and contracts.

SKILLS REQUIRED:                                   

* Strong sales, communication, and organizational ability.
* Must be able to manage time and multiple projects effectively.
* Background in construction and implementation practices.
* Design-build experience is a plus as is a familiarity with the various social media      platforms.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
* Excellent hand graphic and creative skills.
* A working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suites,

SketchUP and Google Earth is encouraged but not required.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or a similar program.
